Week 10: Baguette Recipes
3 easy recipes to fancy up your baguettes!Herbs & Oil:
Mix your oil, vinegar, and herbs together and serve with a warmed and sliced baguette!
Radish Toast:
radishes (thinly sliced with a potato peeler)
Toast your baguette in the oven for a few minutes until warm and slightly crispy. Spread salted butter on top (thickly) and add your radishes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Veggie Baguette Sandwich:
3 radishes (sliced thinly with a potato peeler)
1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
1 bell pepper (thinly sliced)
A handful of cherry tomates (halved)
1/2 avocado (sliced)
Sauce:
1-2 containers of fresh basil
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 avocado
1 TBSP maple syrup
4 spring onions
**Blend ingredients in a food processor. Adjust seasonings to preference.
Warm your baguette and slather the dressing on both sides. Add your sandwich ingredients and enjoy this deliciously vegan sandwich!
