Ingredients: Unbleached/Unbromated White Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter, Raisins, Honey, Molasses, Salt
Sourdough bread is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. The bread has a sour taste and better keeping qualities than bread made with baker's yeast, due to the lactic acid produced by the lactobacilli.

Broken Rocks Café, established in 2000, was named after the beautiful little spot on the shore of Lake Huron in Michigan where my wife and I kindled our relationship. It was there that I collected the wild grapes that I used to create the start for our sourdough breads. We have combined our devotions to produce the best breads that we can, and all of the great foods that go with great breads...
