What you need:
Hearty Bread - ciabatta, honey wheat rolls, or focaccia pan loaf
Grillable Veggies - eggplant, zucchini, peppers, onions, etc. brushed with olive oil
Instead of grilling, you can roast the veggies on 400 for 20-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

2 handfuls of fresh basil
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup pine nuts
1.5 TBSP lemon juice
1/2 cup hemp seeds
salt to taste
