Garlic can be consumed both raw or cooked. Raw garlic tends to have a stronger flavor than cooked. Crushing, chopping, pressing or pureeing garlic releases even more of its oils providing a sharper, more assertive flavor than slicing or leaving it whole. Ya'll know what to do with garlic. Use it in all your cooking, except deserts!
Garlic is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6, and manganese. It also contains some calcium and phosphorus.

Matt Yoder's passion for growing things, once a simple childhood joy, has become a thriving business. Fueled by his life-long passion to grow plants and experiment, Matt spent hours doing research, investing in formal training, and working with the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center (OARDC) and the Ohio State University Extension Service to become a grower of Gourmet Hydroponic Lettuce.
His lettuce would be grown without chemicals and would be non-GMO. Add to the equation a greenhouse without the benefit of electricity piped in, because Matt is Amish.
The hydroponics system was built using five natural springs that flow on Matt's land.
