In 2018, this flavor won 2nd place at the World Championship Cheese Contest – as well as an award from the American Cheese Society in 2011. Bright and energetic, the Apricot Ginger Chèvre was conceived by M.C. Creative Director, Erica.
Simply open and unmold this cup upside down to let the apricot ginger sauce coat our fresh chèvre.
Ingredients:
Pasteurized goat milk, apricot preserve (California apricots, sugar, fruit pectin, citric acid), ginger, salt, culture, microbial (vegetarian) rennet.
