Yellowbird Foodshed and Alyssa Broadwater, MS, RD, LD, CSCS, have partnered on a unique product offering. We want to offer more tools to help people thrive nutritionally! We are thrilled to be partnering with a local Ohio-based Dietician [Alyssa Broadwater] who will work with you to tailor orders to your specific dietary requirements.

A more detailed look:

Alyssa will focus on YOU and what makes you unique during your initial 1 on 1 consultation.  We are not a "one size fits all" when it comes to eating and feeling healthy, so she will organize an action based plan to start making positive changes for your health & wellness based on your needs, desires, and goals. 

After your initial consultation, you will receive a Rx Box(Prescription Box) tailored specifically to your needs. You will receive up to 3 boxes over the course of 2-6 weeks (depending on the tier you selected)--one box every two weeks delivered right to your doorstep! Those boxes will include wholesome and nutrient-dense fruits and veggies, and may include other types of foods that she suggests would be a good fit for you so that you can thrive nutritionally.  

This program occurs over a 2-6 week time period, but your wellness journey will go on forever. Alyssa would be happy to serve you further down the road if you would need additional counseling, meal planning, supplement guides, or even workout plans!
