This new variety for Pearl Valley is all-natural and made with special cultures that develop a creamy and buttery flavor. It is mild cheese that is aged for about 30 days. It has a golden color and a nice solid body that will slice well. Smoked.
This all-natural cheese is made from milk that is rBST Free and sourced from predominately Amish farms located within one hour's drive of Pearl.
