Roasted Potatoes, Bell Pepper, Onion and Sausage Bake

Get your sheet pan out & save time on meal prep with this convenient Potato & Sausage Bake.

You will get 2 lbs. of local gold potatoes, 2 organic bell peppers, 1 large local organic yellow onion, 2 Garlic Pork Sausage 3-packs, and 1 bunch of locally grown sage (may sub with rubbed sage when out of season).

You have the option to add more of each ingredient depending on your needs!

Perfect for a group of friends and family!
Recipe:
1. Combine garlic, sage, salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp red pepper flake in avocado or other high-heat oil.
2. Chop potatoes into medium cubes and dice onion and bell peppers.
3. Toss chopped veggies in garlic herb mix. 
4. Pour into sheet pan.
5. Place sausage links down the center and turn to get spice mixture all over.
6. Cook 25-35 minutes in 400 degree oven until sausages cooked through. Enjoy!
