Running Fish Studios
Patrick Sullivan has been a wood turner and artist for over ten years.
We were especially impressed when he told us “I create custom wood-turnings predominantly from reclaimed or repurposed wood that I personally salvage or acquire. The wood is milled and kiln-dried to approximately 8% moisture in my own studio. This process creates a more stable canvas for my work”.

Patrick went on to tell us that his razors are “individually hand-turned, sanded and buffed to 12,000 grit finish. They are finished with ten coats of water-resistant and protective layers and hand-polished for a final time, creating a brilliant, protective appearance”.
We are ecstatic to bring Patrick's unique and thoughtfully produced wares to you!
Patrick is a member of the American Association of Wood Turners and previously served on the Steering Committee for the local Columbus chapter, authoring numerous articles for their member newsletter.
