The Mission olive is a cultivar of olive developed in California, by Spanish missions along El Camino Real in the late 18th century. The original trees suffered after the secularization of the missions, though pioneers cultivated new trees from their cuttings, leading to the distinct Mission cultivar.

Our balsamic vinegars are from Modena, Italy and are naturally barrel aged a minimum of 12 years in the traditional Solera method.
