Ingredients
Green Tea Leaves, Black Tea Leaves, Yerba Mate, Ginger Root, Eleuthero Root, Ashwagandha Root, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Stevia Extract Pure, Natural Lemon Flavor
How to Make
1. Place one tea bag with 2 cups (16 oz) of hot water into a heat-safe pitcher.
2. Steep tea bag in pitcher for 5-6 minutes
3. Remove tea bag, then add another 2 cups (16 oz) of water to the brewed tea
4. Place in fridge until cold, or serve over ice immediately
Each box contains 6 x 1-quart tea bags.
Makes 32 ounces of tea per brew.
