Chunk honey is a raw honeycomb straight from the beehive, covered in raw liquid honey. We harvest a chunk of pure raw comb directly from the hive and immerse it in Summer honey.
The delicate wax can be eaten – spread on toast, biscuits, fruit, sandwiches – or eat it plain, as a wholesome candy.
Our Summer honey was harvested from the Deer Creek Valley of Pickaway County in August. A delicate flavor that is sprightly sweet, yet mild.
Each comb square is approximately 10 ounces.
