A delicious mixture of oats, seeds, dried fruit and spices

Ingredients:

Organic Sprouted Rolled Oats, Organic Pumpkin Seeds (Organic Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds, Sea Salt), Organic Peanut Butter Powder (Organic Roasted Peanuts, Organic Coconut Sugar, Salt), Organic Shredded Coconut, Chocolate Chips (Cane Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Milkfat, Soy Lecithin(Emulsifier), Vanilla Extract), Maple Sugar, Organic Cocoa Powder, Vanilla (Vanilla Extractives in Water, Alcohol), Sea Salt

Contains:
Peanuts, Milk, Soy

Cooking Instructions:
To Eat Cold :  Mix 1/2 cup with milk or water and soak overnight for creamiest texture.  Can also be eaten immediately.
To Eat Hot : Mix 1/2 cup with milk or water and cook on stovetop for 5 minutes or microwave for 1 minute
