Abe's Muffins
About 20 years ago, we started a commercial bakery with the goal of spreading happiness, one delicious dessert at a time.
The problem was my son Abe couldn’t enjoy anything we made because he was born with an anaphylactic allergy to peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. He was also severely allergic to eggs, dairy, soy, and seeds.
Growing up with food allergies was rough. Abe, like millions of other kids, was isolated from friends and classmates during celebrations, snack, and lunch time.
So, in a fit of inspiration, we set out to create an allergy-friendly treat not only Abe would love, but one that our family and friends would devour too...and to our surprise, we did it!
Fast forward a few years and we’re proud to offer an every day, “School-Friendly” option for the millions of parents, like us, who have kids with food allergies. Best of all, Abe’s Vegan Muffins are an inclusive treat everyone loves to eat!
