Our Turkey Bones are from a local farm the turkeys are free range, they are grown antibiotic free, and are not fed any animal by-products. We slow simmer our Turkey Bone Broth for 24 hours using filtered water. Prior to the simmering process we roast our bones and soak them in Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for 1 hr. No Salt is added to our broth. Our Turkey Bone Broth has the reminiscent taste of Thanksgiving. The broth is full flavored and gelatinous. Use in cooking or add to smoothies.
