Joby and Marty were already commercial bakers when they ran into a problem close to home: Joby’s son, Abe, couldn’t eat the treats they made. Abe had multiple food allergies, and his dad and uncle wanted him to be included when the snacks came out at school or with friends.
They developed a bakery around that need, making muffins and other treats at their own dedicated facility in West Nyack, New York. The range has grown to include cupcakes, brownies, pound cakes, and layer cakes, all produced in-house.
