Paint Valley Farms
Paint Valley Farms is a micro-dairy nestled in Beach City, Ohio, the heart of Amish Country. They specialize in small batch processing with old-world wisdom and techniques to provide the highest level of quality in every product they produce. Their dairy products are Pasteurized Grade A/Low Heat Pasteurized. Their milk is non-homogenized which means that it is easier to digest because it's nearer to its natural state. Non-homogenized milk may form a thick layer of cream sitting on the top of the milk - you can either scoop it out or shake it in! We prefer to shake it in or add it to our coffee (think of the cream from PVF's dairy as brain food - fat is very important for proper brain function and the health of your organs). Paint Valley uses A2-A2 milk which is easier to digest because A2 beta-casein protein is the same protein found in human milk. Commercial milk can be a mixture of A2 and A1 beta-casein protein. A1 beta-casein protein can be more difficult for people to digest and has been linked to inflammation in the body. Lastly, Paint Valley's milk and cream has a yellowish hue because it has more beta-carotene from the grasses the cows consume and also because the Guernsey breed produces milk with a higher butterfat percentage compared to other dairy cows. It's hard to find a milk in your local grocery store that comes from a dairy that produces milk healthier for you than what Paint Valley Farms has to offer. Enjoy only the best from Paint Valley Farms!!-Pasteurized Grade A
