We were told to describe our pitas so people know what to expect. First off, there are no pockets in these pitas. We’re sorry if you were looking for pockets. Our pitas have a unique texture somewhere between a wrap and a flatbread, which makes them perfect for lunchtime roll-ups, dipping in hummus or for grilling, brushed with olive oil. And while these are traditional Lebanese-style pitas, those are traditionally made with wheat and ours are gloriously gluten-free. Lastly, much to our collective disappointment, while our pitas are lightly leavened, they do not levitate. Glad we could clear that up.
