What started as a love of experimenting with recipes in the kitchen together, quickly turned into an idea to produce handmade pasta with inventive flavor profiles to the public.
Besides being the man behind all the pasta making, in his spare time, Mike likes to sharpen his Masakage knives, bake sourdough bread, and make Alee laugh.
And Alee, she'll be the lady you see at the Farmer's Market trying to get you to buy pasta. In her extra time, she likes to weave, listen to music, and look at cute animal videos.
