Gouda is a mild hard cheese. Aged for approximately three months. Gouda is made in 5lb and 10lb wheels, placed in a brine, coated with wax, and placed in a cheese cave to age. The goat milk lends its unique flavors to the cheese. Great for melting and snacking.
