Joseph Swain, head farmer and visionary, began living the fresh food dream by growing his first backyard garden in 2007. His natural green thumb, connection to the art ,and passion for a thriving local food supply led to the expansion to a successful urban farm.
Joseph quickly discovered the joy in sharing good food and organic gardening methods with others. Thus the Swainway mission expanded to encourage others to grow their own food gardens.
