Their bloomy rind cheese named after Sharon Creek in Sharonville Ohio.  Done in the style of French Camembert is a moist, soft, creamy, surface-ripened cow’s milk cheese. This cheese has notes of cream, earth, and mushroom.

Pair with
Dry fruits, Sweet tart fruit condiments, Fresh apples or berries, and Honey.

Producer recipe:

1 round of My Artisano Sharon Creek Brie Cheese

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

1/3 cup raspberry preserves

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts


Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay the puff pastry onto the prepared baking sheet. Center the Brie onto the pastry. Spread the jam evenly over the top of the Brie. Sprinkle the walnuts atop the jam. Fold the puff pastry over the top of the Brie, sealing all openings.

Bake until the pastry is golden brown, about 20 minutes
