Cumberland Sausage (2 lbs.)

Our Cumberland Sausage is a collaboration with Geordie’s Restaurant in Columbus, OH. Owner and Chef Glen Hall-Jones features it in their British pub classic, Bangers & Mash which is prepared with grilled Cumberland Sausage served over mashed potatoes and topped with red onion gravy. Sold in a 2 lbs. coil, our Cumberland Sausage is made with 100% Berkshire Pork raised on small, family farms in Ohio and seasoned with sage, thyme, nutmeg, coriander, and cayenne pepper. The sausage is delicious just grilled or in casseroles, and, of course, in other British dishes like Cumberland Toad!
Ingredients:
Pork, breadcrumb (enriched flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], water high fructose corn syrup, yeast, salt, vegetable oil (soybean, cottonseed, and/or canola, sugar), white pepper, brown sugar, coriander, nutmeg, black pepper, thyme, mace, cayenne, sage, parsley.
