Crafted from hearty roasted bones, fresh vegetables, and a family-secret blend of herbs, when you add Miracle Noodles, you have the perfect combination of nourishing bone broth and comforting grain-free shirataki noodles made from the konjac plant. A meal that warms your body and soul.

*Meal contains 1 bag of noodles and 1 bone broth packet. Open the package of noodles and drain excess water, then: Mix noodles with bone broth packet in a bowl, add 10oz of hot water, and heat for 3-4 min. Stir before serving
Mix noodles, 10oz of water, and bone broth packet in a microwavable container cover loosely, and microwave for 90 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute.
*Microwaves vary, cooking times may need to be adjusted.
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, refrigerate in a sealed container and consume within 3 days.
HISTORY OF THE COMPANY
In 2006, Jonathan Carp, MD was visiting a friend in Japan when she took him to a Buddhist-run vegetarian restaurant on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Kyoto. He was introduced to konnyaku in different shapes and in noodles called shirataki. After discovering the health benefits of this amazing plant-based food and the positive health implications for his patients, he started Miracle Noodle with his family. As Miracle Noodle received positive accolades from the likes of Dr. Oz, Rachael Ray, Rocco Dispirito and being featured in magazines like Cosmo, Men Health, and First for Women and TV shows like The View, ABC News, Hollywood Tonight - the company expanded and so did the product offerings. We now offer a line of products consistent with the health goals of our customers, making healthy eating easy and delicious. All of our products are non-GMO, vegan, and grain-free with an ever-expanding option of organic options as well.
Our mission is to give our customers peace of mind when it comes to food selection. We do so in 4 ways.

Jonathan Carp, MD started Miracle Noodle in 2006. A Dermatologist since 2000, in 2004 he had a patient that healed herself from lupus through nutritional and lifestyle modification. Since then, he has treated 100's of patients through lifestyle modification especially nutritional changes with a special interest in auto-immune diseases. This has turned into a nutritional obsession that led to his learning about the health benefits of the konjac plant that our products are mostly made from. While he still practices medicine, a lot of time is now also devoted to Miracle Noodle and finding and testing healthy, healing food options based on foods eaten by traditional cultures. He firmly believes that all that ails us in the world today could be solved by going back a few generations and making sure that the nutritional wisdom of our ancestors is remembered and combined with the latest science. While Miracle Noodle keeps him busy - it has allowed him the resources to investigate and learn about the nutritional wisdom of the world and how to get products and knowledge out to the world through his patients and his companies.
