Our team is extremely proud of our Cleveland heritage and thoughtfully source ingredients locally from Midwest farmers. This is something that was ingrained in us starting at a young age while working with local farmers through our mother’s nonprofit organization, North Union Farmers Market. It is an honor to support and uplift farms that we can personally collaborate with in our local Ohio community. Our business was one of the first major partners to work with local compost group Rust Belt Riders who divert food waste from landfills back into the agricultural ecosystem.
