This award-winning, traditional marmalade is handmade on the Greek island of Chios, famous for the unique citrus fruits brought centuries ago by the Venetians, using the unique variety of Chian Mandarin. Its especially bold aroma and flavor are more pronounced than the typical clementine tangerines we know in the States.
We love this Chian Tangerine Marmalade as an all-natural refreshing touch on our morning toast, croissants, oatmeal, and yogurt. Its tangy flavor makes it an especially unique topping for cheesecakes, flan, panna cotta, in between layered cakes…even in a PB&J! Try it instead of the usual quince jam with your aged cheese and fine wine.
Importantly, there are no preservatives, additives, artificial flavors nor colorants.
